Staying at Elspeth's house was great: the 3-storey house is lovely (and being an architect, I appreciated how well it was furnished), the location is vibrant (safe at night as there’s always people around, full of shops and places to go out at night, but also quiet if one wants to rest), close to the underground and bus links, breakfast delicious (perfect start to the day), and, most of all, the host so friendly and always helpful with tips and suggestions. Viva Elspeth! And thanks to you for your efficiency, courtesy over the telephone, and speed in finding me an available room at a reasonable price.  Natalia D

Even though she was only one person, my mother took the double room in Camden as it was so affordable. Elspeth was an excellent hostess: my mother loved the plant-life and the art, and heaped praise on the Costa Rican coffee she got each morning along with a delicious breakfast. Elspeth also provided great tips on shopping and sightseeing. I think they were a great match and I will certainly book my mother in again if she comes to stay.  Julia L

This was my first time to use your agency. I had never thought of London offering bed and breakfast facilities as one tends to think of the great UK metropolis as the preserve of hotel chains. I was not disappointed. Elspeth was an absolute delight. Her home was clean, secure, convenient to the transport system, and very welcoming. As soon as I arrived she offered me a much appreciated cup of tea. It was also great value. The hotel hosting the conference I was in London to attend was offering delegates a ‘special offer’ @ £180 per night, breakfast not included! Believe me, whenever I return to London in future I will be asking the Bed & Breakfast Agency to find me accommodation and, if available, to place me with Elspeth. Don M
